August 10 - Last day for withdrawl by candidates nominated by nomination papers
August 10 - Last day for withdrawl by candidates nominated at primaries
August 8 thru 15 - Clinton County Fair
September 2009
September 13 - 12pm-4pm: Clinton County Democratic Picnic - Sons of Italy Picnic Grounds
October 2009
October 5 - Last day to REGISTER to vote for November General Election
October 9 thru 11 - 60th Pennsylvania State Flaming Foliage Festival - Parade Sat. 10th
October 27 - Last day to apply for civilian absentee ballot
October 30 - Last day for County Board of Elections to receive voted absentee ballots
November 2009
**NOVEMBER 3** GENERAL ELECTION
November 4 - First day to REGISTER after the General Election
November 10 - Last day for County Board of Elections to receive military and overseas absentee ballots
